Measure his chest and neck
Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of his chest, just behind the front legs, then around the base of his neck. Pick his size from the chart below.

Put it on and click both buckles
Slip the harness over his head, bring the straps around his chest and click the two buckles closed.

Tighten the neck and chest straps until two fingers slide under them, then clip your leash to the D-ring.

How to measure
Use a soft tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). Chest: wrap it around the widest part, just behind the front legs. Neck: wrap it around the base of the neck, where a collar sits. Keep it snug: two fingers should slide under the tape.
Between two sizes?
Go by the chest. If he's near the top of a size, or has a thick coat, choose the next size up. And if it doesn't fit, we'll send a different size free within 30 days, and you keep the first one.

Will it stop my dog pulling?
It takes the strain off his neck by spreading the pull across his padded chest, and the top handle gives you quick control when he lunges. Most dogs walk calmer with it, especially with some practice on short walks. It's a walking aid, not a replacement for training.
Does it come with a leash?
No, it's the harness only. The sturdy D-ring works with any standard leash.
How tight should it be?
Snug, with room to slide two fingers under any strap. If your whole hand fits, tighten it a little.
