Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
• Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China, which is why delivery takes longer than a local store. We'd rather tell you the real timeline up front. Holidays and peak season can occasionally add a few days, and we'll email you if your order is delayed.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement while the parcel is in transit. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it until your order ships.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows it as delivered but you can't find it, contact us. We'll look into it and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.
