These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit or buy from Paw Canopy ("we", "us"). By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order. Bundle and automatic discounts apply only as described in the store and can't be combined unless the checkout shows they do. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, our fit guarantee, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

4. Products and safe use

We try to show our products accurately, but colors on screen and small details can vary. Always fit the harness as shown in our size guide, check straps and buckles before each walk, and supervise your dog while it's being worn. Stop using any item that is worn or damaged. Our products are walking aids and are not a substitute for training or veterinary advice.

5. Your account and conduct

You agree to give accurate information, keep your account details safe, and not misuse the store (for example by attempting fraud, interfering with the site, or breaking the law).

6. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

8. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors and carriers. Their own terms apply to the services they provide.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
